We are hiring for our company for the role of IT Recruiter.

Exp - 2 to 4 Years

NP - Immediate to 15 Days

Interview - Face to Face Interview only (Bangalore, Marathalli)

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
Work extensively on contract staffing across various IT technologies.
Handle hiring requirements for product-based clients and understand their specific expectations.
Source profiles through job portals, social platforms, networking, referrals, and internal databases.
Conduct candidate evaluation on skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit.
Maintain candidate pipelines for niche and high-demand skills.
Manage offer negotiation, onboarding, and documentation for selected candidates.
Build solid relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.




Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and dashboards.

Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on IT recruitment experience.
Mandatory: Strong experience in contract staffing with product-based clients.
Excellent understanding of IT technologies (Java, Cloud, QA, DevOps, SAP, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, Networking, Embedded etc.).
Proficient in sourcing via Naukri, LinkedIn, GitHub, Boolean search, and other advanced tools.
Solid communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in fast-paced hiring settings with tight deadlines.
Immediate joiners highly preferred.
