We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled IT Executive / IT Support Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day IT support, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth operation of computers, software, internet, and other IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day IT and technical support.

Install, configure, and maintain computers, software, printers, and other IT equipment.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.

Manage basic networking, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.

Maintain IT-related records and documentation.

Coordinate with external vendors/service providers when required.

Ensure data and systems are maintained securely.





Provide technical assistance to employees whenever required.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.

Valuable understanding of Windows and common office applications.

Basic knowledge of networking and troubleshooting.

Positive problem-solving skills.

Positive communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience

6 months–2 years of relevant experience.

Qualification

Diploma / Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
