PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive B2B sales initiatives and identify recent business opportunities to increase revenue. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Conduct direct sales meetings, presentations, and client negotiations.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 10 Inside Sales Representatives (ISR).
Monitor team performance and provide coaching to improve productivity and conversions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals. Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analysis.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead generation and sales processes

Experience Required
5–8 years of experience in B2B sales

Experience managing Inside Sales teams (ISR) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Revenue generation and sales growth

Educational Requirements ● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred but not always required)

Location : Mulund West , Mumbai

Experience : 5 to 8 years in IT sales

Salary : Up to 13Lpa

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
