Must have skills : Mainframe Modernization Good to have skills : NA Minimum 12 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education We are seeking a highly experienced Mainframe Qualified at the Manager or Senior Manager level with over 15 years of expertise in mainframe assessment, discovery, and modernization. The ideal candidate must possess strong hands-on knowledge of IBM z/OS, COBOL, JCL, VSAM, DB2, capacity planning, MIPS analysis, and security frameworks such as RACF and ACF2. The role requires a proven ability to lead cross-functional and high-performance teams, manage large-scale enterprise engagements, and deliver comprehensive discovery reports accompanied by actionable migration roadmaps.

The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional stakeholder management capabilities,



engaging effectively with technical teams while also influencing C-suite leaders on mainframe strategy, modernization, and transformation initiatives. They should be able to translate complex technical findings into explicit, business-aligned recommendations that drive transformation outcomes at scale, ensuring alignment between technical objectives and business priorities. In addition, experience with mainframe-to-cloud migration tools such as AWS Mainframe Migration and Google MDMC is highly desirable.

Familiarity with code analysis platforms including CAST Highlight and BluAge, as well as DevOps practices on mainframe settings using tools such as IDz and Endevor, will be advantageous. Knowledge of hybrid cloud integration patterns, consulting engagements, and pre-sales activities is also considered beneficial. Candidates with experience in cost optimization frameworks and application portfolio assessment methodologies will have a strong differentiating advantage.
