Role Overview

AND Academy is looking for a Manager / Senior Manager, Branding & Content Marketing to own our branding and content marketing strategy end to end. You'll lead the planning, production and distribution of content across every touchpoint outside our blog — from the website, email and brochures to social media and ad copy — while building and mentoring the team that brings it to life.

Key Responsibilities
Own AND Academy's branding and content marketing strategy, including social media.
Plan, coordinate and oversee the production and distribution of all non-blog content — brand collateral (website, emails, brochures), social media content and ad copy.
Produce industry-leading content that builds the brand and adds real value for aspiring designers.
Ensure AND Academy's brand personality and tone of voice come through consistently across all content.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders — your team, other departments, department heads — and external agencies to hit agreed deadlines.
Manage the Branding & Content Marketing team, including the learning and development of individual team members.

Qualifications & Skills
7 years of relevant work experience,



including at least 2 years leading a team.
Experience in the education sector and/or the design sector strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to use content marketing to drive business objectives, with experience preparing spreadsheet-based performance reports.
Robust ability to brainstorm, plan and execute content production end to end.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills, and a genuine passion for content creation.
Robust general IT skills and native fluency in social media.
Proven ability to manage and motivate a team to produce high-quality work within agreed deadlines.
Maturity, self-motivation and acute attention to detail.
Postgraduate degree from a reputed institution. A background in design, demonstrated design skills, working knowledge of design tools and software, or a solid aesthetic sense will be a major advantage.

Work Timings : 9:00 am – 6:00 pm, Monday–Friday; 10:00 am – 5:00 pm on alternate Saturdays (2 Saturdays off per month)

Work Location : B26, Okhla Phase 1

Remuneration : As per industry standards, commensurate with skills and qualifications
