We are looking for a Junior Procurement Executive to support procurement activities, vendor coordination, material purchasing, and inventory requirements for solar projects.

Location: Hyderabad
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on experience and interview

Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials required for solar projects.
Coordinate with vendors for quotations, pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.
Compare quotations and negotiate with vendors for competitive pricing.
Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain procurement records.
Follow up with vendors for timely delivery of materials.
Coordinate with project/site teams regarding material requirements.
Maintain purchase bills, invoices, quotations, and vendor documents.
Monitor inventory and coordinate with the store team for stock requirements.
Support local purchases and urgent material requirements.




Maintain procurement reports and MIS using MS Excel.
Coordinate with Accounts, Admin, Store, and Project teams.

Requirements & Skills
Any Graduate / B.Com / Diploma.
Freshers can apply; 0–2 years of procurement experience preferred.
Basic knowledge of procurement and vendor management.
Valuable negotiation and follow-up skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel, including basic formulas and VLOOKUP.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
ERP/Tally knowledge will be an advantage.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Two-wheeler is mandatory.
Valid driving licence preferred.
Solar/EPC/Construction industry experience will be an advantage.
