Role Overview

We’re looking for a junior to mid-level qualified with solid communication skills to support functional implementation and quality assurance across client projects. The role involves working closely with client teams to ensure smooth software adoption and effective user training.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end functional implementation of software modules.
Conduct QA testing and validation to ensure system accuracy and reliability.
Train client users on software functionalities and workflows.
Document issues, feedback, and improvement suggestions for internal teams.
Collaborate with developers and project leads to refine deliverables.

Requirements
1–2 years of experience in functional implementation or QA.




Strong communication and client-handling skills.
Basic understanding of ERP or business software systems.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to client environments.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to troubleshooting.

Preferred
Exposure to ERPNext, Odoo, or similar platforms.
Experience in client training or user onboarding.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
