Handle merchandising activities from order confirmation to final dispatch.
Coordinate with customers regarding orders, specifications, samples, and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with Production, Knitting, Dyeing, Quality, Stores, and Dispatch teams.
Prepare and follow up on production and delivery plans.
Monitor order status and ensure timely execution of orders.
Follow up on yarn, raw materials, production, and fabric requirements.
Ensure products are made according to customer specifications and quality standards.
Handle sample development, approvals, and customer feedback.
Maintain order sheets, production status, and merchandising reports.
Identify delays/issues and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution.

Candidate Profile:
Graduate/Diploma in Textile, Fashion, or related field preferred.
8 years of experience in knitting/textile merchandising.
Valuable knowledge of knitting, fabrics, yarns, and production processes.
Solid communication, coordination, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
Positive command of MS Excel and email communication.
