Job Summary

We are looking for a creative Social Media Manager to handle content planning, execution, and engagement across social platforms. The candidate should be capable of managing content calendars, developing strategies, analyzing competitors, and improving brand presence and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage monthly social media content calendars.
Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and captions.
Plan and execute social media campaigns and engagement activities.
Monitor platform performance and optimize content strategy.
Conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking.
Identify trends and plan creative campaign ideas.
Improve organic reach and audience engagement.
Coordinate with designers and video teams for creatives.




Use AI tools for content ideation, captions, and scheduling.
Prepare monthly performance reports using analytics tools.
Support brand visibility through Social SEO practices.

Required Skills
Solid understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Experience in content planning and campaign execution
Knowledge of social media algorithms and engagement strategies
Familiarity with Canva, scheduling tools, and analytics platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
Creative thinking with solid communication skills
Basic understanding of branding and digital funnels

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
