Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Deliver theory and practical training in computer fundamentals and software development.
Train students on programming basics (Python / Java / JavaScript or equivalent).
Teach fundamentals of HTML, CSS, and basic web development.
Introduce database concepts and basic SQL operations.
Guide students in writing, testing, and debugging straightforward programs.
Conduct assessments, practical exams, and maintain trainee records.
Follow NSDC/SSC curriculum, session plans, and assessment standards.
Maintain computer lab, systems, software, and training materials.
Support students in basic employability skills and project work.
Coordinate with the Center Manager for reporting and compliance.
Support for mobilization activities

Required Skills & Competencies:
Solid understanding of computer fundamentals and programming concepts




Practical teaching and demonstration skills
Basic knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Valuable communication and classroom management skills
Ability to maintain reports and documentation

Preferred Qualifications:
BCA / B.Tech / B.Sc (IT/CS) / MCA or equivalent
1–3 years experience as Computer Trainer or Junior Software Developer
Experience in Skill Development / NSDC projects preferred
ToT / Trainer certification is an added advantage

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
