Role Description The Marketing Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in New Delhi.

Responsibilities include conducting market and competitor research, identifying potential clients, supporting lead-generation and outreach campaigns, coordinating marketing content, managing customer communication, and preparing proposals, presentations, and reports. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams, associates,



and external partners to ensure consistent messaging and support SpheraLink’s international business development and market-entry projects.

Qualifications
Solid Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Market Research to gather, analyze, and interpret data on customers, competitors, and international markets.
Experience in Marketing Strategy and Sales to plan campaigns, support business development, and contribute to revenue growth.
Ability to work with diverse industries and international contexts; prior exposure to healthcare, construction, beauty, or renewable energy is an advantage.
Solid analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Comfort with digital tools and platforms used for marketing analytics, CRM, and presentation development.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; relevant skilled certifications are a plus.
