Job Title: MIG Welder

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced MIG Welder to join our manufacturing/fabrication team. The candidate will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components using MIG welding equipment while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding on mild steel, stainless steel, and other specified materials.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, welding symbols, and job specifications.
Set up welding machines, select appropriate welding parameters, and prepare materials for welding.
Weld components according to required dimensions, specifications, and quality standards.
Inspect welded joints for cracks, porosity, undercut, distortion, and other defects.
Perform grinding, cleaning, cutting, and other finishing activities as required.
Maintain welding equipment, tools, and work areas in good working condition.




Follow workplace safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Meet production targets while maintaining consistent weld quality.
Report material, equipment, or quality issues to the supervisor.
Follow company procedures for housekeeping, safety, and quality control.

Requirements:
ITI/Diploma or relevant technical qualification preferred.
Previous experience as a MIG Welder in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
Valuable knowledge of MIG welding techniques and equipment.
Ability to read basic engineering drawings is preferred.
Knowledge of welding safety practices.
Valuable hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Experience: 1–5 years preferred. Employment Type: Full time

Pay: ₹16,601.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
