Role & responsibilities
Lead end-to-end power cable manufacturing operations, ensuring production, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
Drive productivity, process improvement, waste reduction, and optimal utilization of manpower and machinery.
Lead and develop plant teams while fostering a robust safety, quality, and performance culture.
Ensure product quality, regulatory compliance, HSE standards, and effective plant maintenance.
Manage plant budgets and drive cost optimization across materials, energy, manpower, and operations.
Ensure raw material availability, inventory optimization, and effective vendor management.
Lead CAPEX, capacity expansion, equipment upgrades, and process improvement projects.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve overall business objectives.
Preferred candidate profile Experience in cable/ conductor manufacturing, plant operations, production planning and control,
