Eligibility
Registered CS Executive or Skilled Programme student with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
Eligible to undergo mandatory CS Practical Training as per ICSI guidelines. LLB Preferred.
Desired Skills
Positive understanding of the Companies Act, 2013.
Basic knowledge of SEBI Regulations and FEMA will be an added advantage.
Familiarity with MCA V3 Portal.
Robust drafting and documentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
