Desired Profile
2 to 6 years of experience in Power BI Dashboard Development, Sales Analytics, MIS Reporting, and Business Intelligence .
Solid experience in transforming large datasets into interactive dashboards and actionable business insights.
Experience supporting Sales, Trade Marketing, Distribution, or FMCG business teams preferred.
Hands-on expertise in Power BI, Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards for Sales, Distribution, Secondary Sales, Primary Sales, and KPI tracking.

Territory Performance
ASM/RSM Productivity
Distributor Analysis
SKU-wise Sales Performance
Outlet Coverage and Growth Tracking
Develop data models, measures, and calculations using DAX .
Connect and integrate data from Excel, ERP, CRM, SAP, or other business systems.
Automate manual reporting processes through Power BI and Power Query.
Analyze sales trends and provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.




Prepare executive dashboards for leadership reviews.
Ensure data accuracy, validation, and governance.
Work closely with Sales, Finance, IT, and Business Heads to understand reporting requirements.

Power BI Certification (Microsoft PL-300 preferred).
