Lead Generation & Sales - Expert

About the Role:

We are looking for a Lead Generation & Sales Expert who is confident in B2B lead generation, client communication, sales, relationship building, and business development. The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-oriented, and capable of converting prospects into qualified business prospects.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify B2B leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email, WhatsApp, and other channels.
Identify and connect with potential clients, companies, and key decision-makers.
Manage client communication, follow-ups, and relationship building.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team.
Schedule meetings and support the sales and business development process.
Maintain lead details and pipeline updates in CRM.
Contribute to lead generation, client acquisition, and business growth.

Requirements




Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in Lead Generation, B2B Sales, Business Development, Client Handling, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Confident in client handling, cold calling, and LinkedIn outreach.
Good follow-up, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Proactive, customer-focused, and target-oriented approach.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, or Google Sheets is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
