Key Responsibilities
Manage daily dispatch planning and execution as per customer orders.
Coordinate with transporters for timely vehicle placement and freight rates.
Coordinate with Sales, Production, Stores and Accounts for smooth dispatches.
Verify material, quantity, weight and customer details before loading.
Ensure proper loading, packing, labelling and vehicle documentation.
Prepare/verify invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans and loading slips.
Track vehicles and follow up for timely delivery and POD collection.
Maintain daily dispatch, vehicle, freight and delivery records.
Monitor and minimize vehicle waiting time, delays and dispatch discrepancies.
Handle day-to-day logistics issues and ensure timely escalation and resolution.

Preferred: Experience in steel/metal processing, coils, sheets or manufacturing dispatch. Valuable communication, Excel and coordination skills required. Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
