Role Description Senior ServiceNow Developer

Location: All UST Locations

Experience: 6+ Years

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on expertise in IAM, ITSM, HAM, and Employee Center . The candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, integrating, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions while ensuring platform security, stability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and customize ServiceNow solutions across IAM, ITSM, HAM, and Employee Center.
Configure Catalog Items, Workflows, Flow Designer, approvals, Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
Implement IAM workflows, access management, role/group management, and identity lifecycle automation.
Support and customize Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB, and SLA processes.
Manage Hardware Asset Management lifecycle, asset models, stockrooms, and CMDB relationships.
Configure Employee Center, UI Builder, portals, widgets, knowledge, search, and personalization.
Manage ACLs, roles, update sets, notifications, data policies, and deployments.
Perform troubleshooting,



code reviews, testing, UAT support, and root-cause analysis.

Required Skills
6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Mandatory experience in IAM, ITSM, HAM, and Employee Center.
Solid JavaScript and Glide API skills.
Experience with Flow Designer, UI Builder, Service Portal/Employee Center, and CMDB.
Positive understanding of asset lifecycle management and data modeling.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Good to Have
REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub experience.
Exposure to HRSD, SAM, Discovery, and ATF.
ITIL v3/v4 certification.

Preferred Certifications
ServiceNow CSA / CAD
Implementation Specialist certifications in ITSM, IAM, or ITAM
