Job Summary:

We are looking for a Junior Accountant who has good working knowledge of Tally and can independently handle day-to-day accounting entries. The candidate will primarily be responsible for maintaining accurate entries in Tally and assisting the Head Accountant with data collection, reconciliation, reports, and other accounting-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Enter day-to-day transactions in Tally accurately.
Pass sales, purchase, receipt, payment, journal, and contra entries.
Maintain and update ledger accounts.
Enter and verify GST-related transactions and invoices.
Check invoices, bills, receipts, and supporting documents before making entries.
Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
Assist the Head Accountant with:
Data collection
Account statements
Outstanding reports
Sales/purchase reports
Bank-related data
GST data preparation
Reconciliation and other reports




Coordinate with other departments to collect required accounting information.
Identify discrepancies or missing documents and bring them to the Head Accountant's attention.
Perform basic bank, ledger, and party reconciliation as required.

Candidate Requirements
1–3 years of experience in accounting/accounts support preferred.
Positive practical knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime.
Basic understanding of accounting principles.
Knowledge of GST and basic taxation is preferred.
Positive MS Excel skills.
Should be comfortable working with invoices, bills, vouchers, and accounting documents.
Positive attention to detail and accuracy.
Should be willing to learn and take instructions from the Head Accountant.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
