Education: Any Bachelor’s degree / MBA

Industry : IT / ITES
Define and execute enterprise ModelOps, MLOps, and LLMOps strategies.
Lead operationalization of ML and Generative AI solutions from development to production.
Establish governance, reliability, monitoring, and support frameworks for AI platforms.
Drive AI platform modernization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Solid understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI concepts.
Experience deploying and supporting ML models including classification, regression, forecasting, clustering, recommendation, and NLP models.
Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, fine-tuning approaches,



prompt engineering, and Agentic AI solutions.
Collaborate with Data Scientists to establish model evaluation, retraining, and optimization processes.
Define and track model performance, explainability, fairness, and business impact metrics.
Build CI/CD/CT pipelines for ML and LLM deployments.
Implement model versioning, experiment tracking, feature stores, and model registries.
Establish monitoring for model drift, data drift, hallucinations, toxicity, prompt injection, latency, and cost optimization.
Manage deployment and monitoring of AI agents, RAG solutions, and multi-agent systems.
Implement Responsible AI and Model Risk Management frameworks.
