NIMS Hospital, Wandoor is looking for an experienced and responsible MOD In-Charge to oversee hospital operations during the assigned shift and ensure smooth coordination between departments.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day hospital operations during the assigned shift.
Ensure smooth functioning of clinical and non-clinical departments.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, administrative staff, security, housekeeping, and other departments.
Monitor patient flow, admissions, discharges, transfers, and other operational activities.
Address and resolve operational issues and patient-related concerns promptly.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and shift-related requirements.
Escalate critical operational issues to senior management when required.




Maintain proper communication and coordination between departments.
Support implementation of NABH standards and hospital quality initiatives.
Prepare and maintain shift-related reports and handover records.
Ensure a secure, efficient, and patient-focused hospital workplace.

Eligibility
MBA is compulsory – preferably MBA in Hospital/Healthcare Management.
Minimum 2 years of relevant hospital experience.
Good knowledge of hospital operations and administration.
Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
Ability to handle operational issues and work under pressure.
Willingness to work in shifts.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
