Key Responsibilities Identify and appoint a Strategic Distribution Partner (SDP) for the territory. Develop and strengthen the distributor network. After distribution is established, generate prescriptions and drive sales through doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies. Build robust customer relationships and expand market coverage. Achieve monthly sales and collection targets. Submit daily activity reports and market feedback.

Requirements Graduate (Science/Pharmacy preferred). 1–3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience. Positive communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of the Jamshedpur market is preferred.
