Leak Testing/: Connect and verify cooling water lines, chillers, Mold Temperature Control /(MTC/) units, hydraulic core pulls, hot runner cables, and air blow circuits. Safeguarding &
Purging/: Set mechanical ejector stops, verify Low/-Pressure Mold Protection /(LPMP/) limits, execute Lockout/Tagout /(LOTO/) procedures, and assist during material purging and trial shots. Rigging &
Overhead Crane Operation/: Safely operate overhead bridge cranes, hoists, and eyebolts during tool transportation, loading,



and unloading.

Analytics &
Downtime Logging/: Record mold changeover durations, setup delay causes, maintenance issues, and trial clearance status using daily tracking logsheets and spreadsheets.
