Monitoring Specialist

Monitoring Specialist: A programme monitoring qualified with government-sector experience who can track implementation performance, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, support review mechanisms, prepare high-quality analytical reports and presentations, and assist WCDC in monitoring large-scale women and child development programmes across Bihar.

Opportunity: Programme Management Unit (PMU) for Women & Child Development Corporation (WCDC), Government of Bihar

Location: Patna, Bihar (with travel across districts as required)

Employment Type: Full time (must be on payroll of the consulting firm)

Project Duration: 24 months (extendable)

Educational Qualification: Master's Degree / PGDM or equivalent from a recognized institute/university.

Mandatory Experience:

Minimum 5 years of total qualified experience.

At least 2 years of experience working on Central Government and/or State Government projects.

Experience in programme monitoring, coordination, stakeholder management, reporting, and government sector engagements will be preferred.
