Role & responsibilities
Lead and manage the civil/structural design team for railway bridge projects.
Utilize 10 years of relevant experience in civil/structural design to ensure productive project delivery.
Oversee the design process from conception to completion, ensuring compliance with railway standards and codes.
Conduct structural analysis and design using software tools such as STAAD.Pro, ETABS, MIDAS, AdSec, IRC, IRS, IS Codes, and other relevant programs.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior design team members.
Review and approve design calculations, drawings, and documentation.
Monitor project progress, budget, and quality standards to ensure successful project outcomes.
Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to railway bridge design.
