Role Description This is a full time, in office role based in Chennai, with opportunities for Head Chef, Sales Executive, and Bartender positions.

The Head

Chef will lead kitchen operations, design menus, supervise food preparation, ensure quality and consistency, manage inventory, and uphold food safety and hygiene standards.

The Sales

Executive will identify and engage potential corporate and individual clients, manage relationships, prepare proposals, conduct hotel presentations, and collaborate with operations teams to deliver on guest and client requirements. Bartenders will prepare and serve beverages, maintain bar inventory and cleanliness,



follow responsible serving practices, and provide attentive, courteous bar service to guests. All team members are expected to work collaboratively, maintain professional conduct, and support the hotel’s standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

- For Head Chef roles: strong culinary skills, experience in menu planning, kitchen management, food presentation, and maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.
- For Sales Executive roles: skills in client relationship management, negotiation, communication, presentation, and basic sales reporting or CRM usage.
- For Bartender roles: knowledge of beverage preparation, bar operations, inventory handling, customer service, and responsible serving practices.
- General hospitality skills: guest service orientation, teamwork, time management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant experience in hotels, restaurants, or hospitality operations is preferred; formal training in hospitality, culinary arts, or business is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by hotel operations.
- Professional demeanor and strong communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages is beneficial.
