Role Description This is a full-time, in office Growth Team Member role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

The Growth Team

Member will help drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention across online and offline channels. Day-to-day responsibilities may include supporting marketing campaigns, coordinating with sales and distribution partners, analyzing performance data, and identifying new growth opportunities. The role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, engaging with customers and community partners,



and contributing to creative initiatives that strengthen Supergut’s presence in the market.

Qualifications

- Strong interest in growth, marketing, and brand-building, especially in consumer packaged goods or health and wellness sectors
- Comfort with data analysis, performance tracking, and basic reporting to inform growth strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-moving environment
- Proactive, experiment-driven mindset with willingness to test new ideas and learn from results
- Experience in on-ground brand activations, events, or community engagement is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in a growth, marketing, or sales support role is beneficial but not strictly required
