Twincall AI is building an AI teammate for service businesses. We’re looking for a GTM Engineer who can build and operate an AI-native growth engine that consistently finds qualified prospects, reaches them, and turns them into customers. This is not a traditional sales or marketing role. You should be technical, highly resourceful, comfortable with APIs and automation, and excited about using AI to build systems that would normally require a large sales/marketing team.

What You'll DoBuild and continuously improve our entire outbound GTM system:

Find → Enrich → Qualify → Research → Contact → Follow Up → Book → Measure → Improve

You’ll work with tools such as:

- n8n
- Apollo
- Instantly
- Google Maps / web scraping
- Email enrichment APIs
- AI APIs
- Webhooks
- Google Sheets / databases
- Custom automations and internal tools

You’ll be responsible for things like:
- Finding large, relevant prospect databases
- Building automated prospecting and enrichment workflows
- Identifying and qualifying our ideal customers
- Using AI to research companies and personalize outreach
- Building automated outbound email systems
- Creating lead scoring and qualification systems
- Connecting different APIs and tools together
- Measuring what works and continuously improving the system
- Finding creative,



unconventional ways to generate qualified demos
- Turning manual GTM processes into automated systems

What We're Looking ForYou should be someone who:
- Thinks like an engineer but cares about revenue
- Loves building automations and systems
- Is extremely comfortable with AI tools and APIs
- Can figure things out without being told exactly how
- Moves quickly and experiments constantly
- Is highly resourceful and proactive
- Understands outbound sales and lead generation
- Can work independently without much management
- Thinks in terms of outputs and revenue, not just tasks

You don't need to have a traditional GTM background. If you've built impressive systems that generated real results, we want to see them. The Initial EngagementThis role will start as a contractor position.

Rather than making a long-term commitment immediately, we'll start with one paid project. You'll be given a real GTM problem to solve and we'll evaluate how you approach the problem, how quickly you execute, the quality of what you build, and the results you generate. If it's a solid fit on both sides, we'll continue working together on additional projects and expand the role.
