nRole Overview

nWe are looking for a creative and self-driven Graphic Designer Intern with 6 months to 1 years of experience who can independently contribute ideas and execute designs.

nThe ideal candidate should be proactive, creative, and capable of thinking beyond given requirements to enhance overall design output.

nThis role will primarily focus on supporting web and digital product design, including website creatives, blog feature images, visual assets that enhance website experiences, UI sections, content-led pages, and other digital marketing creatives.

nKey Responsibilities

nDesign & Creative Execution

nCreate visual assets for websites, landing pages, and digital product interfaces.

nDesign blog feature images, content visuals, and supporting graphics for web pages.

nWork on layout-based design elements aligned with contemporary web standards.

nMaintain consistency in design elements, including colors, typography, and layouts across web properties.

nCreative Thinking (Core Requirement)

nProactively suggest ideas by analyzing brands, competitors, and design trends.





nThink beyond briefs and contribute to improving overall visual output.

nBring fresh, innovative concepts, especially for web and content-driven designs.

n

nCollaboration

nWork closely with UI/UX designers, developers, and marketing teams.

nUnderstand requirements and translate them into impactful visual designs.

nEnsure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.

n

nRequired Skills & Experience

n6 months to 1 years of hands-on experience in Graphic Design.

nStrong portfolio showcasing creative thinking and execution.

nAbility to independently ideate and execute designs.

nExperience creating website creatives, mood boards, visual directions for brands, blog feature images, and content-led design assets.

nGood understanding of design fundamentals, including color theory, typography, and layout.Ability to take feedback positively and improve quickly.

nTechnical Skills

nProficiency in Canva.

nWorking knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

nUnderstanding of digital design, especially for web and content layouts.
