About BAOIAMBAOIAM is an EdTech and career-focused platform helping students build practical skills, gain industry exposure and become career-ready. As we expand our marketing and digital presence, we are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Design Intern who wants to gain real-world experience by working on live marketing and branding projects.

About the RoleAs a Graphic Design Intern, you will work closely with the Social Media Manager, Script Writer and Video Editor to create engaging visual content for BAOIAM's social media platforms, campaigns and marketing initiatives.

This is a learning-based internship, where you will get practical exposure to designing for a real brand and understanding how design supports content, marketing and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
- Create social media posts, carousels, stories and promotional creatives.
- Convert content ideas and briefs into visually engaging designs.
- Design creatives for courses, campaigns, webinars, events and student initiatives.
- Maintain consistency with BAOIAM's branding and visual identity.
- Work closely with the Script Writer and Video Editor to maintain consistency across content.
- Take feedback from the Social Media Manager and improve designs accordingly.
- Create different design variations based on campaign requirements.
- Maintain organized design files, editable source files and creative assets.




- Explore new design trends and creative formats relevant to student audiences.
- Contribute creative ideas during content and marketing planning.

Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar design tools.
- Understanding of basic design principles, typography, colours, layouts and visual hierarchy.
- Good creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand a brief and convert it into a visual concept.
- Willingness to learn and improve through feedback.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines in a remote working environment.
