We are looking for an experienced and skilled Mechanical Engineer with 5 years of relevant experience in mechanical maintenance, plant operations, or manufacturing.
Handle preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical failures and minimize machine downtime.
Maintain equipment such as pumps, compressors, gearboxes, conveyors, hydraulic & pneumatic systems.
Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance planning.
Coordinate with Production and other departments for smooth plant operations.

*Maintain maintenance records, daily reports, and equipment history.
Manage critical spare parts and coordinate with vendors.
Support installation, commissioning, modification & upgrading of machinery.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring breakdowns.
Supervise technicians, contractors, and maintenance staff.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures, 5S & TPM practices.




Identify opportunities for improving equipment efficiency and reducing downtime.

Qualification
B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Robust knowledge of mechanical maintenance & troubleshooting
Good knowledge of MS Office and maintenance documentation
Positive communication and team-management skills
