Job Title: Legal & Compliance Intern / Executive (Grievance Officer)

We are seeking a Legal & Compliance Lead (Grievance Officer) to oversee regulatory compliance for our digital platform. The role involves ensuring adherence to the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Key Responsibilities:

● Ensure compliance with applicable laws, including IT Rules, 2021, and DPDP Act, 2023.

● Serve as the primary point of contact for law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities, and government requests.

● Handle user grievances and support timely resolution as per statutory requirements.





● Prepare and publish monthly compliance reports in accordance with Indian intermediary regulations.

● Advise internal teams on legal, regulatory, and policy matters.

Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB); additional qualifications are a plus.

● Minimum 0 to 2 years of experience in corporate law, technology law, compliance, or digital policy.

● Robust understanding of Indian internet regulations, privacy laws, and intermediary compliance requirements.

● Excellent communication, drafting, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
