Role & responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end finance operations across:
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Record-to-Report (R2R)
Special focus on the P2P process, ensuring that effective controls are implemented across the entire process, from vendor master management to payment processing and banking.
Ensure timely month-end, year-end financial close, and audits.
Review balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, provisions, and intercompany transactions.
Drive finance automation using digital tools, workflow solutions, and reporting platforms and manage ERP.
Drive process optimization, standardization, and automation initiatives.
Lead statutory, internal, tax, and group audits.
Ensure timely compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
Monitor changes in tax laws, accounting regulations, and corporate compliance requirements.
