Job Purpose To execute and manage all BTL and outdoor marketing activities, including exhibitions, sponsorships, in-site branding, vendor coordination, collaterals deployment, and project launch activities. This role ensures timely execution of all on-ground promotional initiatives to increase customer footfall, project visibility, and brand presence.

Key Responsibilities
BTL &
Outdoor Marketing Execution
Execute outdoor branding activities including:
Flex boards
Banners
Hoardings
Auto/van branding
Roadshows
Bus shelters
Ensure brand guidelines are followed at all locations.
Coordinate and execute real estate exhibitions, mall activations, kiosks, and outdoor events.
Manage stall fabrication, branding, visitor flows, and promotional activities.
Identify potential sponsorship prospects.
Liaise with event hosts or associations for branding presence.
Execute branding materials at sponsorship sites.
Vendor Management
Identify and coordinate with vendors for printing, fabrication, events, and installations.
Negotiate and compare vendor pricing for cost efficiency.




Inspect delivered materials for brand accuracy and quality.
Ensure timely delivery and installation.
Project Launches &
Promotions
Assist in organizing project launch events.
Coordinate branding, seating, lighting, stage setup, and refreshments.
Support on-ground marketing campaigns to drive customer visits.
Deploy promotional materials across designated locations.
In-Site Branding &
Promotions
Install and maintain branding materials at:
Project entrances
Sales cabins
Internal roads
Common areas
Ensure all elements (direction boards, banners, welcome boards) are updated.
Work with project managers for site readiness.
Ensure timely setup before customer visits or launch events.
Reporting &
Documentation
Maintain trackers for:
Branding deployment
Vendor approvals
Outdoor activities
Expense utilization
Submit daily/weekly reports to the TL.
Maintain an archive of branding photos, vendor invoices, and material usage reports.
