Reporting to: Lead – Brand Communications & Design

RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for all platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X, etc.)
Prepare content calendars in line with the agreed strategy
Ideate, draft, edit and post engaging SM posts, articles, and shortformat videos in keeping with the strategy and calendar
Research industry trends, competitor content, and audience behaviour to generate fresh ideas that make Winpe stand out in any social media feed
Execute social media campaigns as and when required
Track performance across platforms (Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, YouTube Studio) and act on what the data tells you
Grow reach, followers, and engagement across all platforms
Assist with presentations, banners, brochures, and marketing collaterals (as per requirement)

SKILLS
Detail-obsessed: notices when a font or caption/copy is off before anyone else does
Hand on with Canva and Adobe Suite for social assets, carousels, and templates
Comfortable with AI writing/research tools and AI video/reel tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, HeyGen, InVideo,



Pictory, Opus Clip, Descript etc.) for ideation, scripting, and productive content creation
Nuanced understanding of the latest social media trends
Proactive, ownership-driven, and deadline-reliable

QUALIFICATIONS
2–3 years in social media, content, or marketing communications, ideally with real ownership of a page or brand's growth
Proven expertise in LinkedIn Thought Leadership campaigns and Instagram/Youtube growth strategies
Robust skills in content strategy, calendarization, and shortformat video editing
Proficiency in social media management tools and familiarity with analytics tools
