Role &
Responsibilities
Assist senior technicians in assembling, testing, and troubleshooting electrical & electronic control panels
Support installation and commissioning of industrial automation components (PLCs, HMIs, sensors, VFDs)
Perform basic wiring, crimping, soldering, and cable termination under supervision
Maintain tools, test equipment, and workstations in organized, safety-compliant condition
Record test results, log defects, and update maintenance documentation as required
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and quality checks on all tasks

Skills &
Qualifications

Must-Have
ITI Certificate in Electronics, Electrical,



or Instrumentation
Basic knowledge of electrical circuits, wiring diagrams, and control systems
Hands-on experience with multimeters, oscilloscopes, and crimping tools
Familiarity with industrial components: relays, contactors, MCBs, PLCs (any brand)
Ability to read and interpret schematic drawings and wiring layouts
Solid adherence to EHS (Workplace, Health &
Safety) norms

Preferred
Exposure to Siemens, Allen Bradley, or Schneider PLCs
Basic troubleshooting experience in HVAC, motor controls, or automation systems
Previous industrial internship or apprenticeship experience
