· Experience as a HR - Manager or in a similar position.
· Deep knowledge on HR activities (Plant HR will be an added advantage).
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. (Hindi is added advantage)
· Strong planning and organizational skills.
· Proficient in MS Office.
· Ability to work Independently.
· Solid critical thinking and negotiation skills.
· Preferable in window blinds and fabric industry.
