– Hospital Administration Manager Job Title: Hospital Administration Manager Department: Hospital Administration Location: Thrissur, Kerala Salary: ₹50,000 per month Experience: 10+ years Qualification: Any Degree Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Hospital Administration Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the hospital, ensure smooth coordination between departments, and maintain high standards of patient service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities - Manage and supervise daily hospital administrative operations.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, clinical and non-clinical departments.
Ensure smooth patient registration, admission, discharge and billing coordination.
Monitor hospital staff performance, attendance and discipline.
Handle administrative policies, procedures and documentation.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and external service providers.
Monitor facility maintenance, housekeeping, security and other support services.
Address patient and staff concerns and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain compliance with hospital policies,



statutory requirements and applicable regulations.
Prepare administrative reports and provide regular updates to management.
Support budgeting, cost control and resource management.
Identify operational issues and implement suitable improvements.
Ensure a secure, clean and patient-friendly hospital environment.

Requirements - Any Degree from a recognized institution.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in hospital administration or healthcare operations.
Robust leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive knowledge of hospital administrative procedures.
Ability to coordinate multiple departments and handle operational challenges.
Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and administrative software is preferred.

Salary: ₹50,000/month Location: Thrissur, Kerala

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
