Job Responsibilities:
Collect and process blood, urine, and other patient samples.
Perform routine laboratory tests as per SOPs.
Handle laboratory equipment and instruments properly.
Prepare reagents and maintain required laboratory supplies.
Ensure correct sample labeling, storage, and documentation.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the laboratory.
Follow quality-control and safety procedures.
Maintain accurate test records and reports.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other hospital staff.
Follow infection-control and biomedical waste-management guidelines.

Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of laboratory procedures and equipment.
Positive attention to detail.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to learn and work in a hospital/diagnostic setting.
Ability to work in shifts, if required.
