· Support sales and marketing teams to drive business growth and strengthen client relationships.

· Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.

· Assist the sales team in converting leads into clients and managing client relationships.

· Create marketing materials, proposals, and presentations to attract new customers.

· Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.

· Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth project execution post-sale.

· Maintain solid relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

· Handle and ensure the safety of the customer database.

· Address sales queries and provide proper feedback to close the loop with customers.

· Work closely with the costing team to prepare competitive quotes that benefit both the customer and the company.

· Follow up on orders from the sales team until the materials are delivered to the customer.





· Update the ERP system for order tracking and provide necessary reports to management.

· Generate weekly and monthly sales turnover reports from the ERP system and present to management.

· Track shipments and orders, providing necessary input to the production and marketing teams.

· Follow up with the sales director and management for any required approvals.

· Ensure 100% on-time delivery (OTD) by inspiring the team and proactively addressing challenges.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
