Roles and Responsibilities
Manage MRD (Medical Records Department) operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Oversee data management activities, including auditing and quality control processes.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols for medical records maintenance.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate documentation of patient information.
Provide training and guidance to staff on MRD policies, procedures, and best practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
Solid understanding of EMR/HIS proficiency, ICD coding & medical terminology knowledge.
Excellent data management & auditing skills; ability to analyze complex data sets effectively.
Proven track record of regulatory compliance; familiarity with relevant regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
Bachelor's degree in Health Information Technology or related field.
