Role Description The M.R.N Supervisor is a full time, in office role based in Jaipur, responsible for overseeing the creation, maintenance, and secure handling of medical record numbers and related documentation. The role includes supervising record entry and updates, monitoring data accuracy, and ensuring that all records comply with internal policies and applicable regulations.

The supervisor will coordinate daily activities of the records team, assign tasks, and provide guidance and training to staff. This role also involves resolving record-related discrepancies, preparing routine reports,



and collaborating with other departments to support smooth operations.

Qualifications
Strong skills in records management, documentation control, and data organization.
Proficiency with computer systems, databases, and office software used for record entry and tracking.
Experience in supervision or team leadership, including task allocation, performance monitoring, and staff support.
Attention to detail, ability to identify and correct errors, and commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
Effective communication skills for coordinating with colleagues, reporting issues, and explaining processes clearly.
Understanding of confidentiality, data protection principles, and compliance with relevant policies or regulations.
Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a structured environment.
Relevant diploma or degree in administration, health information management, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in hospital, clinic, or healthcare records management will be an advantage.
