Manager – Non-IT Recruitment

Location: Gurugram | Work Mode: Work from Office

Experience: 6–10 Years

We are looking for an experienced Non-IT Recruitment Manager to lead our recruitment team and drive hiring mandates across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor and manage a team of Non-IT recruiters.
Own end-to-end recruitment delivery for clients.
Handle entry, senior/mid-level hiring across BFSI, Healthcare, BPO/KPO, Manufacturing, Real estate & other Non-IT sectors .
Drive sourcing strategy, market mapping and talent intelligence.
Monitor team productivity, TAT, closures and recruitment KPIs.
Build solid client relationships and ensure delivery excellence.
Identify process improvements and leverage recruitment technology/AI tools.





What We’re Looking For
6+ years of recruitment experience with solid Non-IT hiring exposure.
Proven experience managing recruitment teams.
Strong client management and stakeholder communication skills.
Excellent understanding of sourcing, market mapping and recruitment metrics.
Target-driven, hands-on and solid people leadership skills.
