We are looking for an O365 / Intune – Azure AD (L1) Engineer for our Lower Parel, Mumbai location. The candidate will be responsible for providing first-level support for Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, user accounts, endpoint devices, and related Microsoft services.

Experience: 2+ Years

Qualification: Diploma – IT / Computer Engineering; BCA / B.Sc. / B.Tech

Job Responsibilities
Provide L1 support for Microsoft 365 / Office 365 services.
Support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) user and group management.
Assist with Microsoft Intune device enrollment, configuration, and compliance.
Provide basic support for Exchange Online, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
Manage user accounts, groups, licenses, and access as per defined procedures.
Support MFA and Conditional Access related issues.
Assist with device enrollment, endpoint management, and Windows Autopilot activities.




Provide basic Group Policy (GPO) support.
Perform basic PowerShell commands/scripts for routine administration and troubleshooting.
Troubleshoot Outlook and Microsoft 365 application-related issues.
Support Microsoft 365 security-related activities as per standard procedures.
Handle incidents and service requests through the ITSM/ticketing system.
Assist with Microsoft 365 backup and recovery activities.
Troubleshoot issues, document resolutions, and escalate complex incidents to the L2 team.
Follow SLA, escalation, security, and compliance requirements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
