About the Role We are looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have robust visual design skills, a good understanding of social media content, and the ability to independently handle both static and video creatives.

Key Responsibilities - Create high-quality graphics for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
Design social media posts, carousels, stories, reels covers, advertisements, brochures, flyers and other marketing creatives.
Edit short-form videos, Reels and promotional videos.
Develop engaging visual content based on campaign requirements and brand guidelines.
Work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Collaborate with the marketing and content team to develop creative concepts.
Maintain consistency in branding, typography, layouts and visual style.
Adapt creatives into different sizes and formats for various platforms.
Handle revisions and deliver final production-ready files.

Required Software Skills Graphic Design:

Adobe Creative Cloud Video Editing & Motion:
Adobe Premiere Pro
Adobe After Effects
Adobe Media Encoder
Adobe Creative Cloud Requirements - 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing.
Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud.
Good understanding of composition, typography, colour, layouts and visual hierarchy.
Strong video editing and storytelling skills.
Ability to create content specifically for social media platforms.
Creative thinking with robust attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.
Positive communication and teamwork skills.
Previous experience working in a creative/digital marketing agency will be an advantage.
A strong portfolio of graphic design and video editing work is required.
