Role & responsibilities
Handle end-to-end Sea Export shipments and act as the primary customer contact.
Process bookings and shipping instructions and provide timely shipment updates.
Coordinate with shipping lines/NVOCCs, customers, transporters, CHA/customs brokers, terminals, and overseas agents.
Monitor vessel schedules, ETD/ETA, cut-offs, container movement, stuffing, gate-in, and vessel departure.
Manage and verify SI, VGM, BL, Invoice, Packing List, COO, and other export documents.
Coordinate customs clearance, shipping bill filing, examination, LEO, and related formalities.
Proactively handle and escalate rollovers, delays, documentation issues, missed cut-offs, and customs/terminal issues.
Maintain accurate shipment status and provide regular reports to customers and internal teams.
Coordinate with Accounts for billing,



vendor invoices, and shipment closure.
Ensure compliance, documentation accuracy, and timely execution of shipments.

Preferred candidate profile
Solid knowledge of Sea Export / Ocean Freight Forwarding operations.
Valuable understanding of export documentation, shipping line procedures, SI, VGM, BL, cut-offs, and customs processes.
Excellent customer service, communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple shipments and work under strict deadlines.
Robust attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook; ERP experience is an advantage.
