Location: Madurai, Tamil Nadu

Experience: 2–5 Years

We are looking for an experienced Ocean / Air Import Documentation & Data Coordinator to manage import shipment documentation, shipment data, milestone updates, and coordination with overseas offices to ensure smooth and timely import operations.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate shipment records and operational data.
Update shipment milestones and track exceptions.
Collect, verify, and upload import documents such as Bill of Lading (BL), Arrival Notice, Invoice, Packing List, Delivery Order, and Customs documents.
Coordinate with overseas/intercompany offices for shipment documents and issue resolution.




Ensure timely and accurate data entry and documentation updates.
Support smooth coordination across internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in Ocean / Air Import Operations or Documentation within the Freight Forwarding industry.
Strong knowledge of Ocean / Air Import processes and shipping documentation.
Experience with freight forwarding systems; CargoWise preferred.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
