Daily Operations: Oversee opening and closing procedures, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure smooth floor or counter workflows.
Team Management: Hire, train, schedule, and motivate outlet staff to deliver high standards of customer service.
Sales & Targets: Drive sales initiatives, monitor performance metrics, and execute promotional activities to achieve revenue goals.
Inventory Control: Track stock levels, manage ordering and deliveries, conduct audits, and minimize product wastage or shrinkage.
Customer Relations: Greet customers, handle feedback or complaints professionally, and ensure a welcoming setting.
Compliance & Safety: Enforce company policies, safety protocols, and local hygiene or regulatory standards
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
