About the Role The Product Manager will be responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and feature definition of a product and product line. This role includes product development, marketing, and forecasting profit and loss (P&L;) responsibilities. Key capabilities include working in a energetic and fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll-out products aligned to the vision and strategy of the Debit Cards business.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities
Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify, and fill product gaps, and generate current ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth.
Create product vision both internally and with key external partners.
Develop product pricing and positioning strategies.
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
Work closely with technology and operations teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.
Drive product launches in collaboration with internal stakeholders.




Evaluate and drive promotional plans to ensure consistency with product line strategy and effective messaging.
Manage and liaise with internal and external partners/stakeholders.
Act as a product specialist to build awareness and understanding.
Align closely with Customer Service and Onboarding to build and maintain a robust customer experience.

What We Are Looking For

Education
Graduate – Any
Postgraduate –MBA

Experience
Minimum of 4 years in Banking

Skills and Attributes
Strong understanding of Debit Card products
Knowledge of Debit EMI programs, tokenization, card security, and contactless payments
Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Analytical and problem-solving mindset
