Urgent Hiring – Civil Planning & Billing Engineer

Agrani Group is looking for a Civil Planning & Billing Engineer with experience in planning, billing, and quantity estimation for building construction projects. The candidate should have positive knowledge of MS Project (MSP), Bar Bending Schedule (BBS), and client/contractor billing.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and update project schedules using MS Project (MSP).
Prepare Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) and monitor reinforcement quantities.
Handle client and contractor billing, RA bills, and quantity verification.
Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and material reconciliation.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly project progress.
Coordinate with site execution teams to ensure work is completed as per schedule.
Prepare DPRs, progress reports, and MIS reports.




Assist in planning resources, manpower, and material requirements.
Ensure proper documentation and billing records.

Requirements
B.Tech/B.E. or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
2–4 years of experience in planning and billing for building construction projects.
Valuable knowledge of MS Project (MSP), BBS, AutoCAD, MS Excel, and BOQ preparation.
Solid analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
